There is a pre-made exercise routine available for nearly everything. The range is quite extensive and encompasses a myriad of different levels of difficulty, muscle groups, and time durations. Garmin has made over sixty different workouts available, including but not limited to 30-Minute Blast, Maximise Your Upper Body, Get-Fit Real-Quick, Total Body Muscle, and many others.
To gain access, open Garmin Connect and navigate to the More menu. From there, select Training. After that, select the Workouts tab. You will be given the choice to either Find a Workout or Build a Workout of your own.
If you select the Find a Workout option, you will be presented with a list of all of the pre-made workouts. It is analogous to getting the services of a personal trainer.
This list is constantly being expanded upon by Garmin. If you tap on anything on the agenda, you will obtain a description of the most important characteristics as well as a thorough breakdown of the reps and sets. If you go all the way to the bottom, you’ll see a button that enables you to download the workout to your mobile device.
After that, navigate to the exercises menu on your smartphone, open the workout, and select the option labelled “Send to Device” from the menu that appears. This will cause the workout to be downloaded into your watch. After the gadget on your wrist has finished syncing, navigate to the Sporting Apps list on it and then select the new programme that you just downloaded under the Strength activity.

Start the exercise routine, and it will walk you through each stage of the process step by step. Once you have completed an exercise, you should push the lap button. When you are finished with your workout, press the “Stop” button in order to save it to Garmin Connect.
In addition, you may view the workout animations on your mobile device or an online browser. You are also able to follow the animations that are taking place on the watch screen with certain Smartwatches, such as the Venu, Fenix 6 Series, and VOVOACTIVE 4 Series.
