Inside are high-precision pressure sensors that can withstand and monitor muscular forces of up to 90.7kg (200 pounds). That is to say, you can press on it as hard as you want and it will not break.
The applied force is accurate to within 1.4 pounds plus 5% of the applied force. This translates to “it’s really correct” in plain English. This is crucial because the device measures the force of your isometric motions.
