Snapdragon Wear 3100 processor for Fossil Sport was announced

The brand’s first product to feature the newest Snapdragon chipset is this one, which goes by the name Fossil Sport. There is no shortage of smartwatches from Fossil, but up until now, there hasn’t been one with the Snapdragon Wear 3100 processor. The processor was only unveiled by Qualcomm in September. It includes updated always-on watch faces, new low-power modes, and sports watch-focused adjustments.

There are six various colors and a cheery, vibrant design available for the Fossil Sport (silver, rose gold, blue, red, gray and gold). Fossil claims that this is its lightest smartwatch to date and the material is extremely lightweight.

 

The Wear OS device comes in two sizes and includes a complete touchscreen. The diameter of one is 41mm, and the other is 43mm. The smaller one is probably intended for the female exercise enthusiast. Each device has a 1.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen with 390 pixels per inch of resolution.
