A new look, along with updated material and analytics, has been added to the BlazePod app, which will allow you to take your practice to the next level.
For those who aren’t aware, this is a wireless and portable device that keeps you active through the use of lights and sensors—in essence, it’s a Flash Reflex Training program. You can choose from a wide range of pre-programmed workouts or make your own to help improve your agility, response time, and other skills.
Earlier this year, when we were conducting our review, we discovered that it functions quite effectively. The BlazePod is easy to use while still being incredibly versatile, providing users with an unlimited number of exercise options. Because of its modular nature, you can make use of as many modules as you see fit. You can also use the different attachments to attach the pods to mirrors, doors, and other surfaces.
Updates to the BlazePod App
The BlazePod mobile application has been updated with a new look and feel. In point of fact, it has undergone an exhaustive overhaul.
It is much simpler to navigate and locate activities according to one’s own interests. The homepage will now suggest information for you to read, and the process of creating your own workouts has been streamlined.
The BlazePod team has also included demonstration videos and improved the Explore page, which allows users to search through predefined activities developed by both experts and their own users. Upgrades have been made to the filters that can assist with this.
You will still receive comprehensive performance statistics that enable you to monitor and evaluate your development just as you did previously. Now that there is additional data, the experience can be improved even further.
As the pandemic caused by the coronavirus continues to worsen, it will be more challenging for you to visit your local gym. The wonderful thing about BlazePod is that it enables you to practice not only by yourself but also with along other people.
