The Huawei Watch Fit now comes in an Elegant Edition with increased SpO2 levels

Huawei introduced the Huawei Watch Fit, a more upscale version of the Watch. Instead of the textured matte frame and silicone strap, the Elegant Edition has a metal frame and fluoro-rubber strap.

What’s new in the Huawei Watch Fit Elegant Edition?

The Huawei Watch Fit Elegant Edition features the same specifications as the normal version. The biggest difference is the higher-end construction.

The metal frame, polished glass surface, and redesigned strap make the device look better, as illustrated in the image below. The improved build has increased the weight by 6 grams, to 27 grams.

The Huawei Watch Fit is said to be getting an Elegant Edition.

The features are nearly identical to those of the normal edition. The capacity to continuously monitor SpO2 is the only significant improvement. However, a software update will bring this capability to the normal version as well. Manual spot checks were the sole option previously.

The ability to monitor SpO2 levels 24 hours a day and seven days a week is a good feature. Most companies only measure a person’s blood oxygen levels while they are sleeping. It should be more useful now that it has an around-the-clock feature.

In August, Huawei debuted the first Huawei Watch Fit. The gadget has a square frame, which sets it apart from most other watches. In this case, it’s a 1.64-inch elongated AMOLED panel that performs admirably.

The Honor Watch ES, which we previously reviewed, has the same design. Honor was previously a Huawei sub-brand until late last year. The huge screen, with a screen-to-body ratio of 70%, makes it exceptionally easy to read. This also applies to when you’re exercising with it.

The Huawei Watch Fit has an accelerometer, barometer, blood oxygen sensor, built-in GPS, and an ambient light sensor for health and wellness monitoring. It can monitor heart rate, activity, sleep, stress, and blood oxygen saturation as a result of this.

When it comes to physical activity, the device monitors 11 professional sports modes, including walking, running, indoor and outdoor cycling, and more. Swimming is also on the agenda, as the watch has a water-resistance certification of 5 ATM.

On the AMOLED panel, you can also watch 12 different animated quick-workouts. However, this is more for the sake of showcasing the stunning display than for any practical purposes.

With average use, the watch’s 180 mAh battery lasts up to 10 days, and with intensive use, it lasts around a week. With GPS turned on, this time drops to 12 hours.

Finally, don’t overlook the intelligent features. This includes smartphone notifications for messages and apps; call notifications; calendar events; weather conditions; alarm, timer, remote shutter, find phone, stopwatch, and flashlight, among other things.

Price, availability, and color selections are all factors to consider.

The Huawei Watch Fit Elegant Edition is a high-end model that costs roughly $150 (check price on Amazon). This is roughly $20 more than the standard version. You can choose from models in Graphite Black, Mint Green, Cantaloupe Orange, and Sakura Pink.
