According to Final Surge, Polar Flow now has direct sync. As a result, it is the first platform to feature Polar. integration of FIT files.
Final Surge is a well-known training journal for runners, cyclists, triathletes, and duathletes. High school, collegiate, club, and private coaches frequently use the software. It gives customers a visual representation of planned and completed exercises, as well as the ability to analyse and graph exercise data. For a holistic picture of your health, the app also tracks vitals, including weight, sleep, blood pressure, and more.
The platform now works with Polar Flow in addition to Garmin Connect, Strava, and UA Connected Fitness. This is especially good news for Polar Vantage V and Polar Vantage M users, as the programmes are often used by more serious athletes.
Existing Polar Flow customers can link their devices by going to the More menu in the Final Surge app and selecting Connected Apps. On the next page, select Polar Flow from the list of programmes and click the Sync Accounts button.
You may now sync directly from Polar Flow to Final Surge.
You’ll be led to a page where you can authorise Polar Flow. You’ll need to enter your Polar Flow login credentials, activate the link, and agree to the Polar Flow Terms & Conditions here. You’ll be sent back to the Final Surge sync setup page after that’s completed.
The setup can also be done through the Final Surge Web Platform. The steps are similar.
That concludes our discussion. All of your workout data from Polar Flow will now be automatically sent to the Final Surge calendar.
