What is clan training? Every day, different clan trainings are held. Participate to earn clan activity points and clan points.

  • Perform personal tasks to receive personal rewards on this day.

Why did my merit go down? How can I get my merits back? Each player starts with 100 merit. Violations will affect merit in the following ways:

  • Combining with a fraudster: without a penalty for the 1st violation, but if several violations are committed within a 7-day period, each subsequent violation will result in a loss of 15 merit.
  • Killing teammates (detected by the system): loss of 10 merit in the 1st violation. If several crimes are committed within a 7-day period, the second violation will result in a loss of 15 merit, and each subsequent violation will result in a loss of 30 merit.
  • Killing teammates (reported by players): loss of 20 merit for 1st offense. If several crimes are committed within a 7-day period, the second violation will result in a loss of 30 merit, and each subsequent violation will result in a loss of 60 merit.
  • Deception (detected by the system): account banned, loss of 60 merit.

Merit can be obtained for good behavior in Classic mode in the following ways:

  • +3 for completing a match in the top 10n>;

The maximum daily earnings BP increases by 200 with 100 merit. BP and EXP revenues are reduced by 30% with merit from 60 to 90 (inclusive)! BP and EXP revenues are reduced by 50% for players with merit up to 60 years. Players will also be limited to single matches.

Why are my results not being taken into account in the missions / achievements of the Royale Pass (RP)? Some missions / RP achievements require a specific map or mode. Make sure that the mission is performed in the correct map / mode. For example, the RP Daily mission “Kill 12 Enemies in Sanhok with QBZ” can only be unlocked if it is played on the Sanhok map. If you have fulfilled the requirement and still have not opened RP missions / achievements, close and restart the game. If this does not solve the problem, use the restore option on the login screen. If after this the problem persists, contact support and provide them with a screenshot with information about the problem.

About statistics. The statistics that appear for your account depend on the currently selected server and game mode. So it may turn out that you are not looking at your rank for the game mode and server for which you want.

Why is the Royale Pass (RP) blocked for the new season? At the end of the Royale Pass season, the RP season will be blocked and the RP points earned at the end of the missions will be reset. You will need to start with a Level 1 RP in the new Royale Pass season, as well as acquire the Royale Pass, which unlocks more reward items and missions in each new season, as the previous Royale Pass will be invalid for the new season.
