The Samsung Galaxy Fit now has music control thanks to a software update

Along with more than 30 official watch faces, a music widget has been included in the latest Galaxy Fit firmware update. You no longer need to remove your smartphone from your pocket in order to adjust the volume or change songs when using the fitness band.

The Galaxy Fit is a really convenient wearable for athletic activities. It was unveiled in February alongside the less costly Fit-e, although it did not make its appearance in the United States until June. The fitness band features a full-colour AMOLED display that is 0.95” in size, but the Fit-e smartwatch only has a PMOLED display that is 0.74” in size. Both devices have a water resistance rating of 5 ATMs and a battery life that lasts for approximately one week.

The latest version of the software is available for download in Italy and a lot of other countries; it is currently being distributed to other locations throughout the world. The file with the name R370XXU0ASK1 has a size of 21.49 megabytes and can be downloaded from the App Store for iOS devices as well as the Android Play Store.

The programme now gives users the ability to manage their music on their fitness band. The music widget gives you the ability to play songs, skip songs, pause songs, and resume playing songs. The name of the song that is now playing can also be shown on the watch face for the user’s convenience.

The upgrade comes with a total of 31 official new dials that may be synced from your mobile device. This includes choices that display data on the screen such as the date, the current weather, and fitness metrics. The programme includes the typical improvements to bug repairs as well as enhancements to the responsiveness of various features.

Through the Galaxy Wearable app on your smartphone, you will be able to download the latest update for Galaxy Fit. Simply navigate to the section labelled Home » About band » Update band software, and then pick Download and install from the drop-down menu. After that, all you need to do is follow the directions displayed on the screen. When the upgrade is complete, Galaxy Fit should automatically restart itself.

In the future, you will be able to get around this step by activating the functionality of Auto download when connected to WiFi. When your device is connected to a WiFi source, this will automatically look for available updates and install them if any are found.
